Additionally we offer 24*7 on-line support from our website.

Project value below US$1,000:
- 100% deposit in Escrow
- 50% release on award of contract
- 50% On project completion
Project value above US$1,000:
- 100% deposit in Escrow
- 25% Release on initiation of project
- 25% Release on approval of design and flows
- 25% Release on approval of working functionality
- 25% Release on delivery and launch of the site
We are quite flexible on the payment terms and conditions and respect the customer decision on this although we prefer Elance Escrow payment method.
We will provide one-month support/guarantee on our delivered projects, any changes or additional work after the warranty period would be charged at our standard per hour rate.
