My goal is simple, to provide the best customer service to my clients. When I began working at my most recent position eight years ago...we were small, but provided the best product and customer service. As we grew (the entire company is projected to generate 1.2 billion in sales for 2008) it became increasingly more difficult to do what I enjoy, which is "just making things happen". No 10 hour meetings to discuss what bond of paper we should use for the copier... I'm eager to bring a personal touch and develop ongoing relationship with a select few clients.
Payment Terms
I will only work with businesses that use Elance Escrow. Once the money is in Escrow I will begin the project. Net due upon receipt of invoice, once completion of project is verified (to be set forth in writing prior to project beginning). If the project is ongoing, we will discuss specific terms which once met invoice will be paid. We will solidify all terms and conditions prior to any work being started.
