Payment Terms
Turnaround times will vary depending upon the complexity of the piece, the amount of research required, and the types of formatting your document may require. However, in general, I can offer a 3-day turnaround on any article or website content of 1000 words or less. Larger works, such as E-books, videos, and CD/DVD compilations of such works may take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months, depending upon the size of the project. Talk to me about your needs and your deadline and I will be more than happy to work with you to get your content created in a time-frame that suits your needs. I do offer rushed service, however, I charge an additional fee for any works that must be on an expedited time-frame in order to compensate for additional hours required to complete the task on-schedule while maintaining high quality.
I recognize that businesses and professionals who use Elance are looking for trustworthy, reliable individuals. Therefore, in order to establish a good working relationship with new clients, I prefer to deal with escrow services for the first project. However, once a business relationship is established, I am more than willing to complete work with payment due upon full delivery of the project.
I am flexible with payments for large projects, and you can split the payments over the course of the project itself on a monthly or weekly basis as negotiated. Additionally, I offer discounts for those who use my services long-term (6+ months). If you aren't sure about your project's potential costs, or you need a special rate for a one-time project, I'm wiling to negotiate hourly or by the page rates as well.
