From the outset I have to tell you that all of our clients are either in the US or Australia. Our office is in Perth, Australia which is GMT+8. We are very familiar with the people, process, communication and work ethics of our US and Australian clients. Our team is very adept at managing the time difference between Australia and US. We utilize this time difference as a productivity tool while working with clients overseas. We frequently utilize the technique of defining core overlap hours with the client where both sides are at the office during that time.
