Free Mode is a one-man company owner and run by myself, Joshua Hugo. I have a bachelor's degree in art and several years experience as a designer. Prior to founding Free Mode, I worked making ads for a local newspaper. I was frustrated by the creative restrictions imposed by that job and decided to start a new company where my clients could benefit more fully from my skills.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the estimated bill is due before work begins on a project. The balance is payed on completion. Turnaround time depends on my workload and the nature of the project, but my flexible schedule generally allows me to make it quick.
