-Mail setup, administration, and troubleshooting, using sendmail, postfix, Lotus Domino, and Microsoft Exchange
-Proactive monitoring utilizing network monitoring and SNMP tools
-Network design and maintenance. Expert knowledge of IP, ARP, GRE, NAT, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP, IMAP, LPR, NTP, POP3, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSH, SYSLOG, TELNET and TFTP
-VMware ESX server setup and administration
-Expert Timberline and Crystal Reports custom reporting
