Payment in full is required on the day rough
draft is delivered. Rough draft will be delivered
as a locked, uneditable and unprintable
document, to be unlocked within 24 hours of
receiving payment.
Rates and turnaround time will vary according
to client, project and deadline requirements. I
don't charge for revisions unless they are
substantial.
Should your project's delivery date change,
payment in full will be due on the last day of the
original deadline before further delivery can
occur.
Buyers who choose StrategyAdService as the
winning bidder will own the copy they have paid
for.

PENALTIES
~~~~~~~~~~
Any StrategyAdService client with an outstanding
balance of more than 60 days will be charged a
late fee of 3% per month, unless other payment
arrangements have been made previously. A
number of non-paying buyers has forced me to
adopt this policy.

CONTRACTS
~~~~~~~~~~~
Important notice: All of my potential clients are
required to review, complete and sign a standard
client-provider agreement after awarding a project
and prior to my beginning any work.
Negotiations may be made if the buyer is not
permitted to sign agreements due to company
policy or other restrictions.
If no such restrictions exist but the buyer remains
uncomfortable with signing the agreement and/or
divulging their contact information, the consideration
of an alternate provider is strongly suggested.

'PER PAGE' DEFINITION

"Per page" equals one web page of text and is 300
to 500 words in length.
