I am also very experienced at fixing issues and debugging existing code, making enhancements to existing software, and developing migration plans for upgrading software technology and frameworks.

Payment Terms
I like to setup a clear line of communication with the customer from the beginning of the project. To facilitate this I prefer to start off communication with a initial phone call, if possible.
During initial communication I will gather business requirements and create a statement of work that will be delivered to the customer for modification and approval. This is a important step in the process so that the overall scope of work is clearly defined.
After the statement of work has been approved, I will create a Software Requirements Document for the customer. This document will help me and the customer clearly identify what the software will do and what I will provide the customer. I will also provide a estimated time of completion of the project. This document will also be provided to the customer for review, input, and approval.
-- 20% of the payment will be due upon completion of the Software Requirements Document
-- Final Payment will be expected 15 days after completion of the project.
