2) We provide 90 days free tech support after delivery. If there are system errors occurring as a result of something other than our design, we provide corrections in half a year at our cost.

Based on past experience, project analysis and discussion is key to the success of a project, and that's why we pay extra attention to that. After a series of discussions with clients and in house communication among our staff, we provide the graphs and detailed project specifications for clients' approval. Upon approval, we formally begin the work.
After coding completed, we have testers to test all before delivery to clients for beta test.
We also provide advice and help clients to buy the most suitable servers, and install the websites to server, test, and have it ready for launch.
After final delivery, we provide 90 days tech support for free.

Payment Terms
There are usually two payment terms in practice:
1) For project over $500
-30% for upfront
-30% when project prototype is ready
-40% upon project completion and approval
For project below $500
-50% for upfront
-50% upon project completion and approval
2) Full amount escrow and release upon the completion of every phase of the project, as settled in project plan.
