- Payment terms of 30% upfront, 30% on mid-life of project milestone deliverables, and 40% on final delivery/release. Invoicing weekly or, bi-weekly or monthly, and net terms of 15 days.
- Projects can be based on fixed time and price, time and materials or joint venture.
- All projects are executed according to design plans and/or functional requirement documentation, or project plans - depending on scope and size.
-Scope changes are subject to change management ticketing chain.
