Payment Terms
An initial deposit of one-third of the contracted amount is the first miles stone and is due before any work will begin. The next third is due upon client receipt of the first draft. The remainder is due within 48 hours of submission of the completed project.
My fees include two rounds of revisions-minor changes to the written documents. However, if major changes, such as a new direction, another interview subject, etc. is needed, that will not be considered a minor revision and my hourly rate will apply. I will do everything to avoid billing surprises by fleshing out as much as possible about a project beforehand.
