Payment Terms
Our fees for the project are due and payable in four equal, non-refundable installments: The first installment as a retainer when the Project is accepted; the second installment when the design direction is signed off on; the third installment when the prototype is made available; and the balance upon completion of Agreement. Fees accrued for additional work are due and payable with the next regular invoice following the request for the work.
