As founder of The Flawless Word, I know just how important your written content is to your image and reputation. That’s why I treat every project as if it were my own…because when it comes right down to it, it is. Rest assured that I don’t take the “flawless” part of my company’s name lightly. In fact, every sentence, word and syllable I create is finessed until it suits my clients’ needs perfectly.

TESTIMONIALS:
• “I just received a letter from the Los Angeles Black Book Expo! Dear Diary...Letters from Lana won an award for Best Fiction! I owe you, Kathy! I really can’t thank you enough! The following is the verbiage they provided on how winners were selected: ‘A jury of educators and book industry professionals were used to objectively select winners and finalists for the award based on editorial excellence, professional production, originality of the narrative, and the value of the book to its genre!’ As you can see from the verbiage provided by the expo, you are a winner as well! Thanks again, Kathy, for helping to make this all possible!” —Audra Woodard, Dear Diary…Letters from Lana, copyediting and press release writing
• “In case you are wondering why we are looking to you for this work, it is because everyone here absolutely LOVES your writing. It flows very well, is straightforward and always carries some statistical weight to it (the practical business side our customers want).”—James Carter, Repario Ltd., BuildingTeams.com
• “Finally, one of the most prestigious Philadelphia newspapers, Chestnut Hill Local, has published the PR about my program you wrote.” —Marcela Summerville, Spanish Workshop for Children, co- author of Play and Learn Spanish/French
• “This looks, sounds, feels great. I am very happy with how this has turned out.”—Alan L. Reed, substantive editing of a Christmas short story for a milk dairy marketing promotion

Payment Terms
Turnaround time is usually 24 hours for small projects, but as the one and only person who will handle your project, I can adjust my schedule to suit most needs. If you need it sooner, just ask! On projects totalling $500 or less, I require a 50% upfront depost from first-time clients. To ease the cost burden, installment payments are always welcome on larger-scale assignments.
