Detailed Service Description
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGY (SDM)
In order to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the requested degree of quality, all our developments follow the Agile Software Development methodology.
OUR DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE
Hereafter a brief description of the workflow followed to implement a Customer request.
1) A request for proposal (RFP) is submitted by the Customer through a bidding process
2) We prepare and submit to the Customer (within 5 business days) the Statement Of Work (SOW) which defines: the scope and objectives of the project. It contains: a discussion of key issues, how we'll develop the project according to the buyer requirements, the cost of the offering, a schedule for delivery of the product or service and finally a description of prior similar projects developed by us.
3) If the proposal is accepted by the Customer, we may organize a virtual kick-off meeting (using Skype or DimDim). During this meeting we fix short term objectives and milestones.
4) We produce an alpha version of the product (generally the user interface) that is submitted to the customer for validation.
5) We produce a beta version of the product, that has to be tested by the Customer.
6) During customer beta testing, we can produce the necessary product documentation.
7) The project is closed when the Customer ends the product validation (the product satisfies the SOW scope and objectives).
PROJECT FOLLOW-UP
We ensure regular project status updates, the frequency of these updates is defined with the Customer on the SOW document.
MEETINGS
In order to deliver maximum satisfaction to the customer, every meeting has an effective Agenda (validated with the Customer) and follwed by a minutes of meeting with actions and milestones (please check our minutes of meeting template). We prefer virtual meetings, with Skype or DimDim.
