Payment Terms
Westerlike proposes a milestone distribution of the project cost when applicable, This means that parts of the funds are escrowed upon milestone start and released upon milestone completion. Milestones are discussed beforehand with the buyer. If there is only one milestone then we require an escrow deposit of the quoted cost upon project startup which is released on final completion of the project.
