Payment Terms
50% up front for most engagements, with the remaining 50% due when the work is delivered and approved with no further revisions.
Our standard terms:
For Projects upto $1000
50% upfront payment &
50% payment upon completion & delivery of final files or uploading to your server.
For Projects over $1000
30% upfront payment
40% Upon Partial Completion &
30% payment upon completion & delivery of final files or uploading to your server.
- For projects between $5,000 and $10,000:
30% advance
40% on mid project
30% on completion
- For projects between $10,000 and $15,000:
25% advance
25% on 1/3 of project
25% on 2/3 of project
25% on completion
- For projects over $20k will be discussed separately.
We accept payments through Elance Payment System only.
We normally use elance PMB for communications,
and we find it quite efficient especially to keep record for the complete project conversations and files. We are also available by phone, msn or email.
