Design and Development -
* 30% deposit on initiation of project
* 20% on approval of Prototype & functional specifications document
* 30% on delivery of working functionality
* 20% on delivery and launch of the site
Search Engine Optimization-
30% as Signup fee (inclusive of 1 month fee), the balance 70% payable in equal monthly payments.
Pay Per Click-
PPC management fee 12.5% of the marketing budget.
Link Building-
Campaigns below USD 1000- upfront payment
Campaigns above USD 1000- 50% in the beginning, remaining at the 75% completion of the campaign

The following are the steps taken by us towards the development process of the site

# Software Ownership #
The client would own the copyright on the application/product developed as a whole. Copyright ownership is valid only after the full payments have been made and Keerat Group hands over a copyright release document to your company. The website would include components previously developed by
Keerat Group, which would continue to be Keerat Group intellectual property.
# Warranty Period and Maintenance #
Keerat Group shall give a warranty for all its code, provided a third party does not alter the same. Post warranty, any changes or bugs shall be addressed as per the man-hour price applicable as per the technology deployed. For dynamic database driven websites, the warranty period shall be for 90 days, and for static websites, the warranty period shall be for 30 days. After the warranty period we will charge $15 per hour for all maintenance work.
# Client Responsibilities/Dependencies #
Keerat Group shall depend upon the client for the following:
* Timely approval of presentations sent
* Explicit and timely communication of requirements, scope, changes, updates
* Adherence to client responsibilities and time lines in the project plan
* Coordination between any third parties for information required by us for the project
* Timely sign up with hosting providers, payment gateway, or any other third party sign up required for the project execution.
* Promptly sending us hosting, FTP, log report login details for scheduled progress of the project.
# 3rd Party integrations #
Any 3rd party integration mentioned in the scope of the project shall be based upon the standard integration APIs available. In the event of any deviation from standard integration methodology, R&D may be required, and if so, this shall be billable @ $15 per man-hour.
