I am an avid blogger, Blogging since June 2006. Take at look at some of my personal blogs while you are sipping coffee. Note that none of my blogs have Google ads, and my blogs do not generate any revenue. I try to update them as an when I get a break from my Virtual Assistance Routine. These are for light reading only.

Zoho Creator Developer
I have been using zoho to streamline my activites with clients,
--ZC application for a blog team--
I had sucessfully integrated the zoho creator application for one of my clients towards article submission made by the members of the Blog writing team. The report generation and article lookup is all made available at one point of contact (single url) for quick access and easy navigation using the HTML permalink option.
The Blog moderator is alterted by using the deluge Send mail script as soon as a new artilce is submitted along with the title & writer's identity. This keeps the entire team in the loop and avoided any delays that might otherwise arise due to sending emails back and forth
The complete integration totally elimated the maintainence and manually updating the previously maintaned excel sheet and also eliminates the presence of multiple version of the same document.
Monthly reports & author specific reports were complied using custom views at zoho and was made available at the same "single url" for quick access.

The counselor & CRM manager are alerted at new registration, Milestones are prepared, Count down in student's application date is set in motion & student specific - and - Year based reports are generated via HTML views using customised HTML dashboard

Every lead is forwarded to specifc email groups based on preset criteria, Custom functions to forward / convert lead & a log file is maintained for every activity on each leads
