Payment Terms
For Development Projects: We follow Milestone based billing, as per the following criteria
1) Projects having size more than 5000 USD- 20% Advance, 20% post-design, 30% post-build and 30% post User Acceptance.
2) Projects having size more than 2000 USD and less than 5000 USD- 30% Advance, 50% post-build and 20% post User Acceptance..
3) Projects having size more than 500 USD and less than 2000 USD- 40% Advance, 40% post-build and 20% post User Acceptance.
4) Projects having size less than 500 USD- 50% Advance, and 50% post User Acceptance.
For Maintenance Projects, based on specific conractual agreement but typically times and material billing on a monthly basis.
For Staff-Augmentation, monthly billing based on person-hours deployed for the client. Network and Infrastructure cost extra.
