About Us
Profile Type: Business
Year Founded: 2000
Number of Employees: 9 or fewer
We are an international software solutions and integration services provider which designs, develops, integrates and maintains business applications to enable enterprises to solve complex, mission-critical business problems.
We have extensive experience in undertaking mission-critical projects. We demonstrate measurable value in terms of time-to-market, greater productivity and higher profitability. Our satisfied customers will gladly testify to how they have profited from our transformational value. 88% of our business is repeat business.
Perhaps, the one constant in Allerin's relationships is longevity. Clients consider us to be their extended organization. We are focused at creating value, which you can profit from. To create solutions that matter to customers and partners, our software engineers and architects constantly ask themselves: Is there a better way? Invariably, they find there is. We call this "The Allerin Way".
The Allerin Way
Creating great software is a lot like cracking a giant jigsaw. If you don't look at the big picture, you can't make the pieces fit. At Allerin, we don't build software that just meets current customer needs. Instead, we engineer for the future, always keeping in sight the bigger picture: lasting and recurring customer value. That is why we don't 'create' solutions. We 'co-create' them by working together with our customers at every step.
Inspired by challenges
We thrive on challenges. The more complex a project, the more creative our solution. Over the past two decades we have mastered the art and science of executing complex, mission-critical IT projects. The key to our success in the most complex of assignments has been our willingness to question tightly held assumptions and abandon set work methods to find more innovative and efficient solutions. Our business solution and technology teams go the extra mile to understand project requirements and customer needs before delivering solutions that create long-term value.
Driven by Processes
Unless they are channelized effectively, creativity and innovation can easily become diffused in a large organization. Which is why, mature processes and robust methodologies are critical to the success of a software company.
Propelled by Partnership
We love building partnerships as much as we love building software. Allerin is one of the few Indian IT companies to have a successful track record of nurturing long-term partnerships. Consider this: 88 per cent of our business is repeat business. That is because we cherish every relationship, and believe that the success of our partners is inextricably linked with our own success. For our partners, we will go beyond the narrow bounds of a brief anddig deep into the wellsprings of our creativity, and deliver against all odds. It's simple really: We win when you win.
U.S. Solutions?

Detailed Service Description
Offshore Outsourcing
The question always remains whether one should outsource his work to a place which is relatively remote where he cannot have direct supervision on the team working on his requirements? One thinks about the benefits and need but today the scenario is completely different as today one asks how can they manage their offshore operations better and maximize gains, how can they collaborate better etc.
To be honest there are millions of people who have created exciting experiences with offshore outsourcing practices. Thousands of companies have reaped powerful benefits from offshore operations, including lower costs, more efficient processes, better quality, and strategic gains such as improved focus on core competency, customer service and business development.
Offshore outsourcing is currently looked upon as a value enhancer that helps organizations to streamline their core operations at a significant cost advantage. The value enhancers of the outsourcing model stem from the following realities
* Concentration on the core business operations
* Gaining additional momentum in providing complete services to customers by leveraging the framework provided through outsourcing
* Building confidence in organizations to venture into new realms of business
* Offshore outsourcing also provides the added advantage of cost effectiveness, quicker turnaround times, and minimizing customer attrition through non local outsourcing
Allerin has been playing an effective role in meeting various software outsourcing needs by providing a gamut of services ranging from creative design to development and application support. We were able to diversify our service offerings which started with software development and maintenance and encompassed all other value added services associated within this domain of software services.
Our research indicates that many firms that fail at offshore outsourcing do so because they are:
* Vague about their goals, which results in strategic changes after investments have been made
* Inattentive to the difficulties of integrating an offshore operation within the firm.
* Insufficient in their due diligence in choosing the right partners, locations, or expansion plans
* Unwilling to make the necessary, hard, often unpopular decisions.
* Ignorant of the strategies available to mitigate the inherent risk in a significant offshore strategy.
Our well defined and tested processes have enabled us to transition into offering a wide range of services by sustaining the same quality, effectiveness and responsiveness that define our service standards.
Five golden rules of outsourcing that we follow are:
* Develop enduring relationships between key management personnel
* Present a Quantifiable Objective
* Pre-determine the Incentives and Penalties Schemes
* Review Periodically to Maintain Successful Relationships
* COMMUNICATE Well & Often to Bridge any Cultural Differences.
