Payment Terms
Generally the standard payments terms are 50% on Project Acceptance and balance 50% on Project Completion. However, payment terms may vary depending on the final scope, nature and cost of the project.
We strive to offer you with the best possible services at the most reasonable price structure. Moreover, we believe on building long term relationships with our clients by providing them with timely and cost-effective solutions. We've developed a pricing plan that will fit every client's budget. However, if you still have any confusion or need any clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Project services and all of its content done by AurumWriters (AW) for its clients will be owned and controlled by AW until full and final payment.
As a client of AurumWriters, you are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, transmit, publicly show, adapt or change in any way the content of any project for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of AurumWriters until the agreed upon payment is received in full through Elance.
***PLEASE NOTE: We accept payments thru Elance billing and payment system only, NO other method(s) would be entertained in any circumstance(s).
We expect every buyer to pay the balance amount within 3 working days of the project completion. If you need additional time for making the payment for any reason like you are out of town or you are first time buyer and haven't authenticated your credit card, please notify AurumWriters either through Elance or by email stating that you need additional time for payment and we can re-negotiate the terms.
If you have any grievance with regard to work rendered, you must notify AurumWriters stating that you were not satisfied with work rendered within 5 working days of completion of project (otherwise we would treat it as complete project) and that said work did not meet with your satisfaction.
Note: If you do not agree with any of the above statements you must state so to AurumWriters by email through Elance before the starting of any project with us.
