Payment Terms
Costing Policy:
We normally charges as per the allocated man-days.
We work strictly as per our costing policy.
Fixed Cost Estimation
- 1 Man-Month = 20/21 working days (Considering 1 Paid holiday per
month per employee, 5 working days a week and national holidays in
India)
- Man Day = 8 working hours
- Our general rates are US$ 4000 per man-month (US$ 24 per hour)
Payment Terms (if project is up to US$ 3000):
- Advance: US $ 50% of total cost
- Upon Beta Delivery: US $ 40% of total cost
- Upon Final Delivery: Rest US $ 10%
Payment Terms (if project is more than US$ 3000):
- Advance: US $ 40% of total cost
- Upon SRS approved: US $ 20% of total cost
- Upon Beta Delivery (Phase I): US $ 10% of total cost
- Upon Beta Delivery (Phase II): US $ 20% of total cost
- Upon Final Delivery: Rest US $ 10%
These terms are negotiable and are subject to adjustment according to the project milestones.
