Payment Terms
Just like we're flexible in the technology environments it is no problem for us to arrange the most convenient payment schedule. .we also pride ourselves on being very affordable and being flexible enough to negotiate the prices with our clients
Usual scheme for small projects (up to $2000) is -- meaning 30% upfront, 40% upon the completion of the beta version and the last 30% at the final delivery before providing the Source code...
But for ongoing project (up to $500 to $1000) is 50% as a token money before starting the work on it. and rest amount has to be made after the completions.
For bigger projects the Solution Architecture Phase is required and based on the results of this step we create a payment schedule linked to the project milestones specified in the development documents.

We normally use Elance PMB for communications, and we find it quite efficient especially to keep record for the complete project conversations and files. We are also available by phone, msn or email.
