Standard payment terms are as follows:
Project value below US$ 4,000:
- 50% Escrow and release on award of contract
- 50% Escrow and to be released On project completion and before delivery
Project cost when more then USD 4000 then for such bigger projects the Solution Architecture Phase is required and based on the results of this step we create a payment schedule linked to the project milestones specified in the development documents.
It should be noted here, that in order to keep smooth and painless project flow we, and we require our clients, to adhere to the project milestones and acceptance policy. That is as soon as a milestone achieved and accepted, every new request concerning the previous stage shall be considered as an addition to the project scope.
