Payment Terms
For projects over USD 5000:
We need an advance and the final payments (20%) and the intermediate payments are based on various milestone based on updates shown as per the project plan. The contract service agreement includes the final proposal having clear updates based milestones, Assumptions, support period along with standard business terms. Delivery will be made after final payment.
For projects equal to or under USD 5000:
>> 30% upfront, to get us started
>> 40% when half of the project approved by client based on the project plan we provide.
>> 30% on showing completed work, but before any delivery.
Payment terms however are subject to negotiation.
We shall sign a standard NDA on request.
We will provide 30 days free technical support, after delivery.
Communication during Development: Communication for outsourced projects is the biggest challenge for both client and company, the reason is the time difference between countries. Due to this reason we have set up different panels for communication which includes discussion on:
1. Phone
Phone is the easiest, less time consuming and most effective way for discussing important issues. Discussion on phone required for less situations but its important when client or developers feels that they are playing with words.
2. Chat (MSN/Yahoo/SKype/AOL/GTalk)
Chat will be required in a situation when developer need to have a copy of conversation so that developer can use conversation history in near future.
3. MPD (MyProjectDesk: Project Management System)
We provide access to our online project management tool and online bug tracking tool to clients to involve them in every process. Clients can easily know the update and progress of the project.
