Our SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
1- After project award, We will have a detailed requirement gathering phase, to identify the major modules to be developed.
2- According to requirements specifications, We will be providing GUI Prototype as Images or non functional GUI Mocks. After approval of the GUI Prototypes we will move to highlevel design and architecture.
3- After approval of Basic architecture, We will will devide the work into deliverable modules which are completely functional by them seleves. Each of these modules will be having their own development time frame. Cumulative time frames of all these modules will take 90% of the total project time estimate. Where time frame for individual modules can vary from 2 days to a maximum of 1 Week.
4 - Modules will be developed in an Agile Fashion where we will be following an iterative approach. Each module will be delivered and your feedbacks will be considered for enhancement.During these process we will have our own bug tracking tool which you can use for reporting bugs and track the status of the bugs. Modules will be delivered based on the dependency chain.
5 - After completion of 80% of Modules , we will launch alpha version. Alpha version will be based on 80% of fully functional modules.This is helpful to give a feel of the Entire application its features and see how the modules fit together.
6 - The feature complete Beta version should be available at a time frame which is 90% of the total project estimate . As we are Following an iterative approach the bugs found on Beta version will be very negligiable and we should be able to fix everything within 95% of the total estimate time.
7 - The rest of the time is used for Deploying the product on the client machine/ or Giving the final GA Candidate.

Payment Terms
Ceegees Software always care its valuable customers by taking the maximum flexibility in our payment system to facilitate them in order to retain the long term relations.
For the project more than $1000
25% - On the award of Contract
25% - On GUI creation(Not Functional) with architecture
25% - On demonstration of first Beta Version
25% - On completion of the project
For the project less than or equal $1000
25% - On award of Contract
50% - On Giving the first alpha deliverable
25% - On completion of project
NOTE:- We accept all payments from Elance.
For ongoing partners, payments will be decided on mutually agreement.
We are delivering all of the source codes, Technical and User Documentations, Architecture details. Even after completion of project, we are willing to describe any piece of source code and architecture. At end of project, we provide a document of copyright transfer of all belongs to our clients.
