Some flash presentations need to be converted from English into Spanish. I will provide you with a Word document with the English and Spanish scripts side by side, and with 5 finished MP3 files of the Spanish narrator, one for each presentation. I need a Macromedia Flash animator to do the following:
* Each time the Spanish narrator speaks, delete the English narration from the presentation and insert the corresponding sentence from the Spanish MP3 file.
* The presentations have technical diagrams, and I need someone to replace all the (English) labels and text with their corresponding Spanish ones.
* Some scenes might need to be sped up or slowed down slightly if the Spanish audio differs in length from the English

We are looking for a flash designer to assist us with creating flash educational slides. The slides will consist of art, animations and some questions that need to be answered by students. They will vary from slide to slide and will most likley need to be quoted in depth upon review of specific requirements. A master template will be provided containing all of the code to make your slide work in our interface. It will include buttons, sound effects, preloader and other similar features to help keep your slides as consistent with the previous ones as possible. Some Actionscript knowledge is required.

We are seeking a creative Flash illustrator / animator to create basic tweening animations (not frame-by-frame animations) using custom illustrations in sync with pre-recorded audio files.
Specifically, we are building an e-learning course related to our industry. We have the course framework in place in Flash (i.e. template design, navigation, transitions between chapters), but we’d like you to create the visual effects for each of four chapters (a total of approximately 10-12 minutes and 20-25 basic illustrations). The illustrations and animation should compliment the already designed course template.
Our storyboards (see attached sample) include rough ideas for text, illustrations, effects and transitions to get you started and your own creative ideas are needed. We will provide you with several Flash files that include the course design, navigation and audio. You just need to plug in the illustrations and basic animation.
Service provider should be available for a project kick-off meeting via web conferencing where we will walk through our storyboards to explain our vision and describe some details about illustrations/animations needed. We would like to hold project review sessions upon completion of each chapter, with possibly two revisions per chapter. Upon completion of the entire project, we would like to hold a final project review session, with possibly two revisions at that time. We will send payment upon completion through Elance.
Upon completion, we would expect to receive all project files for future in-house revisions.
Exceptional work could lead to future projects.
