Delivery Process::
Brief:
The marketing team meets the client (through online/offline ) to understand the business needs, project objective and project specification. This is used to decide the schedule, effort estimate, cost and deliverables of the projects.
Analysis:
This is then translated into a detailed analysis document which define the objectives, details of the content and scope of the project. This is used to create the design in the next stage
Design:
Using the analysis document as the bases, the design document for the particular project is prepared. This document deals with instructional design, Visual (interface) design, and platform (technologies) choice. When required a prototype is made.
Prototype:
marketing team contacts with client to understand the business needs and flow of the project.
Development:
Once the prototype is approved by the client, the full development is taken up for all the modules/components/ topics. During this step of the progress, the client is able to continuously track and review the progress of the particular project from our server
Testing:
Depending on the nature of the project, the content is subjected to extensive checking and testing internally by the testing team before delivering to the client for the BETA version of the project.
Final Delivery :
After checking the BETA version by client we do the changes, if needed anything as per client. If everything is ok according to the client, we upload the project to client server finally.
