Payment Terms
We are pretty flexible with our payment terms. Most of our payment terms are related on the size of the project.
For a small project ($1500 and below), it will be:
50% to start the project
50% on project deliverables handover
For a medium project ($1500 - $5000), it will be:
30% to start the project
30% (when 50% milestone is reached)
40% on project deliverables handover
For a large project ($5000 and above), it will solely depend on the milestone for the project.

Step-by-Step Web Development Process
The following is our general workflow. This should not be interpreted as a mandatory 1-2-3 step but as processes that intertwine and complement one another.
1. Requirements Gathering. Our first and utmost step is we will gather all the requirements of the project from you. We will use different methods such as basic conversation, surveys, and prototypes.
2. Planning. We will then start to plan on how we can accomplish your project in the most effective manner and how the project can be extensible for post-completion features integration.
3. Design and Development. Once the planning has been accomplished, we will start designing and developing the features. Throughout this process, we will always review them under the guidelines of the project vision and business goals.
4. Testing. When the development has been completed, we will do internal testing on our end including unit testing, white box testing, and black box testing thoroughly.
5. Beta Release and Review. After we passed the testing phase, we will then do a beta release inviting a few "real" customers to try the new product and provide some feedback.
6. Product Launch. Once these set of customers feel confident with the new product, we will then do the product launching opening it up for all of the customers.
