About Us
Profile Type: Business
Number of Employees: 9 or fewer
Our Number-1 priority is to make your e-Learning development experience hassle-free. We do this with an award-winning team of instructional designers, industry-leading development efficiency, and hands-on, personal attention from our owners.
We're proud of our record in repeat business. Since 2000, nearly every client we've worked with has engaged us for multiple projects. At some of our larger, corporate clients, we've outlasted other, big-name e-Learning vendors because they just couldn't compete with our combination of quality, service, speed, and cost.
We look forward to making your job easier!

Our usual process goes like this:
1. You provide whatever goals, information, notes, preferences, and content you have.
2. Within a few days, we design a detailed approach for tackling the problem, and some sort of prototype. (We'll also test and iron out deployment and function on your system at this point.)
3. You provide feedback, and we tweak as necessary, then proceed with development.
4. During development, we'll check with you if we have any questions, or need to be sure we've mastered any sticky content.
5. On or before the pre-agreed day, we'll provide a link to version 1 for your review. This will be a fully- or nearly-fully functioning, complete version of the course. Development time is usually about 2-4 weeks per finished course hour.
6. You'll provide feedback on the draft.
7. We'll make whatever revisions are required, record and implement audio as required, and hand over the final version. This usually takes between 1 and 5 days, or up to 8 days with audio.
8. You'll double-check that everything's good; we'll make further tweaks as required, and be on standby in case you have any issues after deployment.
Of course, making your job easier is our Number-1 priority, so we're happy to discuss variations to our process if you so desire.
The steps described above, and our usual project pricing, include all instructional design and development; designing and producing graphics and animations; programming course elements and interactions; recording, editing, and implementing audio if required; and programming for standard web (i.e., non-tracking), or SCORM 1.2 deployment.
Extra programming for any non-standard deployment will probably cost extra, depending on the project and requirements.
We can usually edit and incorporate any video you provide as part of the above process/standard pricing. If we need to produce new video, that will add steps and time to the process, plus the cost of video production.
We usually invoice for half the cost when we deliver version 1, and the other half when we deliver the final version. For small projects, we'd probably only invoice once with the final version.
