Payment Terms
We require a 25% release on project acceptance, 25% on the first alpha, 25% on a feature complete beta and the final 25% at project completion. Reviews of submitted work are expected within 5 business days and release of funds within 4 business days of submission for that stage. Each day Tometa is waiting for a review, question or other delay by the buyer will add a day to the deadline. Quotes on timeline and days unless otherwise stated are in business days (5 working days per week). Ad Hominem statements will result in arbitration in our favor. We treat people professionally, courteously and expect the reciprocal.
