Summary
Elance is a new paradigm, allowing individuals to hone their skills performing freelance work for other companies and individuals on an as-needed basis. I feel I fit well into this profile and have dozens of skills that I have performed in various jobs I have held in the last two decades which will allow me to become helpful to other users of this site. I have been employed in many fields, including sales and retail, merchandising and mystery shopping, mechanical engineering and repair, delivery, transportation and logistics, foodservice and hospitality, and I spend quite a bit of time on most of the primary social networks which has allowed me to learn my way around them and how they work. I have my computer, web access through DSL and my cell phone, two printers, a comfortable workspace, and the support of my wife and family. There is probably very little I can't do short of programming and that may be what I learn how to do next!

My wife has become quite successful here on elance in the past month and I have enjoyed helping her with various projects so much that I would like to start my own profile and see how many others I can assist. The primary field I have been working in is transportation and logistics but I have been employed in hospitality, collections, merchandising, marketing, sales, and retail. Branching out my skills and abilities has been a major part of my life in the past five years. I am one semester away from an Associate's degree in Business Arts and plan to add Marketing and Management in good time and look into a Bachelor's for one or more of these fields.

I will accept payment only through Elance Escrow. Any project I accept terms on will be given my highest priority and I do not intend to multitask several Elance projects at once until I am comfortable with the system. Project completion times will vary with the scope and detail of the project.
