I'm Tim Halbach and I'm the owner and lead designer at InDepth Marketing. I lead the small team of designers and developers here at InDepth Marketing. I have been doing web design and development since 1996 and have been involved in electronic commerce since 1999.
I founded InDepth Marketing after getting frustrated I couldn't find a company to meet my web site needs. The large graphics design agencies were too big and expensive, and even then they didn't meet my quality or design requirements. Offshore freelancers just don't understand American culture and what it means to have a high quality usable web site. So I decided to quit my corporate job and start my own business focusing on you, the small business owner, providing you with the services you need, at a price you can afford.

Payment Terms
It's important to understand the terms of the project up front. We like to have a very open, continuous line of communication throughout the project, to ensure there aren't any misunderstandings.
Please note we require escrow for all projects.
For small projects (< $1000), payment is not expected until the services are complete.
For larger projects, an up-front deposit (20%) is expected, plus payment at certain milestones, which we will agree on in advance of starting work.
