Payment Terms
Our payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% upon delivery for projects $3000.00 and less. For larger projects we typically work under a 25/25/25/25 milestone format. As each milestone is completed, funds are released. We prefer escrow services on this site. Delivery times vary by project. However the most complicated projects are usually delivered within 60 - 90 days. Every project we accept is done so under contract with full disclosure. References are available upon request
