Our management has hand-picked members from various development backgrounds that will support an atmosphere of uncompromising customer service and standards of excellence in every work we do. So how do we work?
-Once you have accepted our bid, we will call you and review your specifications in detail we want to make sure we understand what you are looking for- typically the lead developer will be on the call, allowing you to ask any questions that you may have.
-We will provide a written specification sheet for your review and signature. This is EXACTLY what we will be doing for you. This leaves assumptions out of it and protects you.
-Then we get to work!
-We will provide a review for you in our development environment, you can then provide a punchlist of your feedback and we will get to work making the adjustments.
-Once you have approved the work and made payment we deliver the work.
-If there are bugs, or any issues at all we take care of it for 90 days no questions asked!
You will have a direct line to your project manager throughout the process, you can check in, ask questions and simply chat if you need to.
