2002-2006 - Lead Instructional Designer/Content Manager
In this position I had been involved in both the macro issues, such as online course design and development of pedagogical instructional strategies, to the micro issues such as editing, proofreading, and ensuring consistency in style and application of online instructional design for courses in the business and real estate sector.

WordPL is led by Salma Jafri - MBA, writer, instructional designer, trainer, mother, wife, businessowner, manager. And not necessarily in that order! Salma's greatest qualities are those of exquisite attention to detail, going the extra mile and strict adherence to professionalism. She has written articles for newspapers, blogs for her personal site and facebook page, technical guides and marketing plans for employers and courses for e-learning. She has 8+ years of experience in the field and is looking to expand into e-learning and training presentations in the near future.
Mudeeha has an MBA and has taught finance and economics courses at college level for more than seven years. In addition to conducting research and preparing instructional material, she has been involved in training business professionals. She can vary her style and tone to suit the client's needs and can handle a range of assignments including business writing, web page content and creative writing.
Shenila has an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing and is also currently pursuing a CGA (Certification of General Accountants). Her experience of working as a Senior Equity Research Analyst for a Merrill Lynch affiliate has honed her ability to analyze complex data and communicate/distill it accurately and effectively into laymen's terms. She has a sharp eye for detail, an enormous appetite for challenge, and can prioritize tasks and manage strict deadlines. She had also worked in a supervisory capacity for professionals, and has conducted both in-class orientations and on-the-field training sessions. A diligent mother of two girls, her interests include painting with soft pastels, gardening, cake decorating, and a whole lot of reading.
Huma's forte is journalistic writing. She has been working as a journalist and freelance writer for over six years now, writing on everything from music to literature to politics for various publications, blogs and e-zines. An avid blogger, she has an aptitude for research, a bubbly personality, and a creative writing style.

Payment Terms
Payment usually depends upon the specifics of a particular project and it's delivery timeframe. However, in general, we prefer 100% funds in escrow for projects less than $500. For large projects funding depends upon milestones and timeframes.
