2002-2006 - Lead Instructional Designer/Content Manager
In this position I had been involved in both the macro issues, such as online course design and development of pedagogical instructional strategies, to the micro issues such as editing, proofreading, and ensuring consistency in style and application of online instructional design for courses in the business and real estate sector.
Specifically, I have:
- Worked closely with writers, editors and subject matter experts to design and develop course structure and content, including quizzes, assessments and case studies
- Developed interactive e-learning elements for content, such as games, simulations, animations, graphics, and videos
- Worked in conjunction with multimedia specialists to develop interface design, layout, navigation and storyboards for online course content
- Implemented effective communication and resource sharing strategies and streamlined process flows between Austin and PK offices
- Initiated and implemented training and development plans for new tools and technologies (including authoring tool), and new work practices
- Determined hiring and recruitment criteria for Instructional Designers and implemented testing and training plan for new employees

She has 10+ years of experience in the combined fields of corporate and freelance work.
Absar Kazmi is a business documentation and content writing specialist. He has over 10 years of experience in software development, project management, business process optimization, and the implementation of ISO standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. In his free time Absar enjoys learning and teaching Arabic, studying martial arts, delivering lectures on various topics including time management and religion, illustrating children's books, and homeschooling his kids.
Omar Kapadia is a techie by training and artist by passion. Omar has been working in the IT industry for over 5 years. His forte is being able to take he most complex IT problems and present them in layman's terms. Omar also has a deep passion for teaching and has written various user/instruction manuals for software products. A love for researching means you can most probably find Omar browsing forums and blogs varying in topics from exercise and fitness to history and music.

Payment Terms
Payment usually depends upon the specifics of a particular project and it's delivery timeframe. However, in general, we prefer 100% funds in escrow for projects less than $500. For large projects funding depends upon milestones and timeframes.
