##Our Software Development Life Cycle

1- After project award, Our analysis department will develop UML 2.0 based analysis documents. Analysis documents consists of Use cases, Node Diagrams, Entity relationship Diagrams of DB, Architecture diagrams, Component diagrams details and their operations and class diagrams. All of these documents ensure you, what we are going to do in terms of development and architecture. Communications between application domain will be MVC based and communications between out of application scope will be SOA and SaaS based.
2- According to initial requirements, Graphics designing department will start graphics designing from initial days. It will provide GUI prototyping (Not Functional and JPEG Images) after approval of prototype we will move ahead in terms of its CSS based implementation.
3- After approval of our architecture, we will provide a detailed time line, we will divide all work on hours and days. We will provide a detailed delivery and development plan on 3 days to 1 week bases. During the development phase, you will able to see live progress on our dedicated servers. You can review daily progress on shared spread sheets based reporting system.
4- After completion of 60% of work, we will launch alpha version. Alpha version will be based on 60% of fully functional components. You can do real time testing and provide error reports. These reports will be entertain with beta version.
5- After 80% of completion of work, we will launch internal beta version. That phase will have most of work and all of corrections required from alpha version.
6- After 100% of complete work we will launch First Public Beta, that version will be fully tested internally by development company (we) and client (you). We will embed central error reporting component in that module which enable us to monitor error reporting on our central server. Using BOTS, Spiders and artificial tools we will route huge traffic on public Beta version which will test the whole system.
7- After 1 month of Public Beta testing, we will launch full and final version for real world operations. During all of these phases, all requirements, changes and methodologies will be documented. These documents will be your sole property.

Payment Terms
Relax-Solutions always care its valuable customers by taking the maximum flexibility in our payment system to facilitate them in order to retain the long term relations. So payment TOR's are specific to all projects. Here is our general TOR's but managed according to mutual understanding.
For the project more than $1500 Installments
25% - On the award of Contract
25% - On GUI creation(Not Functional) with architecture
25% - On demonstration of first Beta Version
25% - On completion of the project
For the project less than or equal $1500
50% - On award of Contract
50% - On completion of project
NOTE:- We accept all payments from Elance.
For ongoing partners, payments will be decided on mutually agreement.
We are delivering all of the source codes, Technical and User Documentations, Architecture details. Even after completion of project, we are willing to describe any piece of source code and architecture. At end of project, we provide a document of copyright transfer of all belongs to our clients.
