Payment Terms
Hiit Technologies requests a deposit of 50% of the quoted cost during project startup and the remaining 50% due upon final completion which follows a review of the project by the client. Hiit Technologies tries to keep project time to 30 business days maximum, but project scope and the nature of work required will determine the final turnaround time.
Detailed Service Description
Buyers get everything they asked for and high detailed communication about the project during the development stages. Website related projects will be developed on our own server so buyer can view the project 24/7 and see how its coming along and suggest any changes they wish to make to the design anytime.
After the project has been completed the buyer will be given free technical support on any areas related to the project and installation/upgrades carried out on it. We think its very important to provide a high level of support after the project has been completed so you can always contact us if any problems later on or want advice.
