"US" is me. I have a team of subcontractors who I round up for assignments when necessary and also customize based on their skills for different types of client needs. Some are better at the B2B stuff, others better at younger target audiences ... you get the idea. One of the things we never do is promise what we don't feel we can deliver. We're creative, we're smart and like everyone else these days, we need the business. But we're not going to create unrealistic expectations, then fall short and leave you holding the bag. We'll never do that.
Payment Terms
Terms are 50% at the beginning and 50% at the completion with the completion payment only due based on the satisfaction of the client. Turnaround time is on a project-by-project basis. Some projects will take more time, others less. But I have a good reputation for providing very good responses quickly.

Branding - soup2nuts branding based on competitve research and analysis, the reality of you true business personality and character.
Implementation - I follow through!
Production - I have video and audio production capabilities and do a lot of the voicing myself.
Graphic Design - I am not a designer by any means. But I've been doing this long enough so I can provide very good examples of design concepts. This helps give you a good idea of what I have in mind plus saves time and money when a professional designer is called to do the finished product.
Guarantee - If you're not totally satisfied with the work you needn't pay the 50% back end.
