My name is Michelle Rinosa from Philippines and I consider myself one of the lucky designers who bid an early goodbye to the same old walls of the creative room (well, some try to make the workplace as appetizing as possible for the creative juices to keep on flowing, but it never really worked for me) and to dealing with the hierarchy of creative and account executives in the advertising agency.
As a full-time freelance designer, this has been my philosophy: "One project done=One Satisfied Client=Good Referrals". I work without mediocrity and treat each project as if an entry to a design competition. Most of all, I listen to the client's needs because keeping a healthy relationship with clients is more important than breakthrough design in this profession.

Payment Terms
50% downpayment before commencement is a must for projects under $500. 50% should be given once the final file has been handed over to the client. For projects above $500, payment is divided into 4. 25% upon contract signing/agreement; 25% upon submission of design studies; 25% upon approval of initial design; 25% upon completion of project.

Detailed Service Description
Corporate Identity
Logo development with design application to businesscard, letterhead and envelop. I usually do this on bundle so you don't have to pay me extra if you only want a new logo design.
Brochure/Flyer/Poster Design
From one-page/one-side flyers to brochure with die-cut design.
Multiple-page Layout
I design templates for catalogs, textbook, coffee table books, etc. Layouting the material itself is no problem at all. Adobe InDesign is such a powerful software so a 50-page project can be done in less than a week
Print Ads
I worked in mainstream advertising agency and handles accounts from consumer products to services. Concept is the most important factor in a print ad. Copywriting may be provided as well. Just brief me about your product and I would be glad to submit multiple concept studies for your approval.
ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES VISUAL CREATIVITY.
I do not take work for granted. I love designing and my clients satisfaction is always on top of my list. When doing projects, a minimum of 3 studies are presented for client's approval.
