2008-2009 - Application Developer Consultant
SharePoint 2007 (WSS and MOSS) Developer: Working at Northwest Computer Support as a consultant to mid-sized companies providing direction and support for the integration of Microsoft SharePoint technologies, this includes server setup and configuration, SharePoint planing and design, Custom site creation, configuration and Custom Workflows.
Worked with local companies in the Pacific NW to install Microsoft SharePoint Solutions and custom development. Provided training to clients and staff in the best practices and use of SharePoint. Met with customers to provide direction and guidance during the discovery phase through the final deployment of solutions.
Provided in-house graphic design for marketing support, including flyers, email advertising, and posters.

Contract position at Microsoft working with the DPE (Developer & Platform Evangelism Group) as the SharePoint Server Administrator for a medium SharePoint farm serving 3,000 users. The portals main purpose was to provide a smooth flow of information from Corp to the Evangelists in the field.
Provided 99.9% uptime of the SharePoint Farm
Daily backups and document recovery solutions for site owners. Site creation and configuration for team members and owners. Training for users.

I was the main point of contact for the management and response to resolve support requests from top industry leaders such as; BP, Pfizer, Department of Energy and many others.
Validate and test change in the Vorsite product, including: Services Packs, Releases, Betas and Special Builds.
