- Milestone based or T&M for Project/Task based engagements
All invoices are raised at the end of the month and payment is due Net30
Some engagements may require a minimum of 25% in advance

- All engagement will be done through a separately defined Statement of Work
- Non-Disclosure Agreement and General Consulting Agreement are required to be signed
- Some artifacts for projects may be required for company's aherence to CMMI guidelines and enforcing quality of deliverables and our value to the engagement
