Detailed Service Description
Custom development
We use both XP (extreme programming) and RUP (rational unified process) as it's convinient for customer.
- XP: we analyze customer's specifications using all types of communication: e-mail, request management database, phone, instant messengers and implement solution or its part as soon as we understand it. It is recommended for small and urgent projects.
- RUP: we perform complete analysis of future system, create and make agree with customer all necessary documentation (Vision, SRS, SAD, ...) and then implement complete solution. It is recommended for large projects with strong requirements to quality and usability and for solutions which are prospected to expand in future.
IT consulting
We provide consulting and investigations on issues of groupware, workflow, intranet/internet portals, IT integration, specific capabilities of Lotus, .NET and other close technologies.
Remote support
We provide remote maintenance of our solutions, using remote access utilities. All maintanance work is performed on schedule or agreed with customer time frame.
Integration of applications
We perform all types of integration: export/import in different formats, scheduled or instant syncronization with ODBC, ADO and other technologies, external function calls, web integration and so on.
