Our company has 4 main directions in software development (depending on the platform): .NET, PHP, C++, Java . There are several experienced architect-level specialists working in each direction and a number of highly-qualified development teams.
We utilize Agile software development methodologies and practices as we feel that this approach allows the customer to economize his money and get the exact result he is expecting.
Our project managers provide a very good level of communication with the customer, daily meetings and progress discussions. PMs ensure the project goes the right way and they help developers to use the process better.

Payment Terms
For waterfall projects we require 50% upfront payment and 50% payment after the project is accepted. For time-and-materials projects we require weekly payments for the time spent by developers, time is tracked within our enterprise project/task/time tracking system which we give customers access too.
Hourly rates of our developers are between $18 and $25 depending on a skills level.
