Detailed Service Description
Our service is geared towards small businesses interested in initiating an online presence through the use of viral or non viral marketing tactics. Through the integration of still imagery, video, and basic motion graphics we provide you with a unique product or service video that you may host to any provider you wish.
Our service is completely customized to your individual needs. You may choose to send us your current video content you wish to be incorporated, along with supplemental still imagery and audio content. We are based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, so if you are located in the Twin Cities area we can shoot on location for your company.
The package you send us with your content should include all information you wish to have embedded along with a written description of all the content you want included and a link to your current website (if available).
If you desire an audio narration over the content of the video, we can record it in house or you may send us an audio file with your desired script.
When all of your content is in our posession, we formulate a written storyboard of what your video will look like in final form. You will then confirm that the video covers all the content you desire, or make changes accordingly. A maximum of 3 pre-production revisions are allowed.
After the final storyboard is outlined on paper, we will compile the video for you and send you a draft within 5 business days. You will be given a rough draft of the video with an "Production Preview" watermark over the media. You will then have the option to change portions of the video if desired, with a maximum of 3 production drafts before the final cut is made. You will then receive the raw content via a data CD and an emailed file in any form you would like (flv, mpeg, avi etc). If desired, we can then host the final cut on tube mogul, which will distribute it to more than five video hosting websites with keyword optimized tags.
