Payment Terms
We like to help our clients develop clear objectives and milestones. Since many customers have a hard time getting in all the details, we often enjoy speaking with you to brain storm and get the details ironed out before we start your project.
We're staffed 6 days a week. All work is managed in the United States and we are headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Once we have an initial meeting with our client, we then create a detailed Scope Of Work (SOW) and a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). Both must be read and approved by the client before work begins.
PAYMENT: We like and prefer eLance escrow as this better protects both parties with any work we do.
- For Jobs under $2,000 we require 50% deposit when work begins.
- For Jobs $5,000 - $10,000 or larger, we require 1/3 payment to begin, 1/3 payment on client review/approval of prototype or beta and final balance is due when client accepts job.
- On receipt of good funds on the final milestone, Voyager will transfer the work to the Customer's server and / or deliver it via CD-ROM.
- Any cancelation of the job by Customer will be subject to billing of current milestone payment.
- Client revisions or changes outside the Scope of Work will be quoted to Customer for review of Change Order and approval of new milestone date(s) and milestone(s)
DISPUTES - CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Any disagreement between Voyager and buyer over payment and services, if not resolved first by eLance Arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrate or District Courts, County of New Mexico. Travel expenses to Santa Fe County, New Mexico and legal expenses will be solely burdened by buyer. Once Voyager has exhausted eLance arbitration, Buyer shall be responsible for reasonable court costs, and legal fees in addition to recovery of monies due pursuant to the eLance agreement for the job and including but not limited to any additional judgement that the courts might award Voyager.
- All custom work is guaranteed.

Any intellectual property rights to be transferred to any eLance or Voyager client will be completed if a signed agreement for the transfer of such rights is executed before any work begins. No oral agreement or email document can be used as a legal means of conveying transfer of any idea or intellectual property. People forget, paper remembers.
