Specializing in drawing, painting, printmaking and art history, I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Arizona State University. Upon graduating, I began my professional career in the busy bullpen of a major Madison Avenue healthcare advertising agency located in NYC; quickly becoming Assistant Art Director. After that, four years at another ad agency, TRL, rising to the level of Senior art director in charge of the creative for the agency's largest account. There I launched a bold ad campaign for SmithKline that involved over six million eight-page, six-color inserts in its' first month, for the launch of a once a day anti-ulcer drug. My duties involved designing tons of collateral including brochures, exhibits, and programs directed to physicians.I worked closely with lead marketing managers, vendors, and reported directly to the the owners of the agency.
Since then I have been the lead image creator and designer for a wide body of contract design,involving detailed rendering through using vectors, digital photography, and compositing. Awarded many locally important and profitable assignments in the Phoenix and Scottsdale markets.
