Afterward, as the project going further, we advise and teach our clients how to use creative and technical options, according to their needs and wishes We try to cut down final print costs, keeping in the same time eye-catching and consistent appearance of all of the final products, from logo and stationery system to package and promotional material.
Throughout production, we will also consult with client and provide samples for approval as long as desired look is achieved, averring the fact that the fully satisfied clients are our best advertisement.
After client's confirmation, final product can be handed over to the client in electronic format of artwork suitable for the print (high resolution raster and/or vector image files) as well as the web media (optimized .jpg and/or .gif files), based to his needs.

Payment Terms
Our terms are simple regarding Elance bids:
- Under $300: 100% to commence project
- From $301 to $1000: 50% to commence project and 50% upon completion of final deliverable
- $1001 and up: 30% to commence project, 30% upon final design approval and 40% upon completion of final deliverable
Estimates and bid prices are valid for 15 days. Extensive customer’s revisions, additional illustrations and images that need extensive manipulation or corrections will be quoted and billed separately, charging 15–$25 per hour, depending on complexity of the work. Once client approves final artwork, approximately 1-5 days are required for final delivery.
If any expenses incur during the project, payment in full is required before purchase for items, such as royalty-free photography, color-proofs and mailing fees.
If we are unable to satisfy a client, we will refund initial investment reduced for a time invested ($25 per hour rate).
NOTE: We use these terms because they are wide accepted and we hope that they will work best for our customers and ourselves. Of course we are flexible and depending of each particular project all prices and payment terms can be discussed prior to selection.
