I do this privately so there wont be any formal contracts or agreements unless you provide the paperwork. I have simple terms and am easy to work with.

Payment Terms
Terms:
- A deposit of 50% of the total quote is payable upon acceptance of quote.
- The difference will be invoiced and becomes payable after completion of the project.
- Bug reports to be submitted via email within 7 days of project completion/installation/implementation.
- Problems reported on the original spec will be done under the original quote at no additional cost.
- Any additional requirements not quoted on and required after acceptance of the quote, will be invoiced and due before delivery.
- All efforts will be made to complete project sooner than proposed date and time frames, but is
subject to any additional changes or requests made to the application during and after the original implementation
date.
