This book was written in the crunch of the mortgage crisis when mortgage brokers were becoming desperate. Qualified clients were low and the easy sells were fewer and farther between. The impenetrable real estate bubble had finally burst and normally ethical sales professionals were doing things they shouldn't in order to close the deal. Out of frustration, they had forgotten the basics of what once made them great! This book was written to remind them. Overall social conditions do not make or break Great Sales Professionals. In every market, in every conversation you exists a chance to find a potential client.
The concept is simple; Friends feel better working with friends and friends refer friends to friends. All you had to do as a Sales Professional was to shorten the time it took for someone to consider you a friend. To make that person feel like they have an inside track on a great deal offered because of their unique relationship with you. That person would then become a birddog or constant referral base for your business.

Payment Terms
Once the scope of the Project is established, we require 1/2 up front. Once the project is within completion range agreed upon by the client another 30%, then the final 20% upon delivery.
